1) Who we are
This website is operated by Black Flag Command Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide software, automation, and related implementation/support services for clients operating in the United States (and other regions where we operate).
2) What we collect
We collect information in three basic ways: (1) what you submit, (2) what is necessary to deliver the services, and (3) limited technical signals used for security, reliability, and performance.
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, company name, and role (if provided).
- Request details: information you include in forms, messages, or intake (for example: goals, notes, target markets, creative assets, links, and operational constraints).
- Account/workspace data (if applicable): user logins, permissions, activity logs, and settings required to operate the platform.
- Payments (if applicable): payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Uploads: files you submit (images, documents, lists) and the metadata required to store, review, or display them.
- Website usage data: limited technical data like browser type, pages viewed, referrers, device identifiers, and approximate location inferred from IP. This helps protect the site and improve performance.
3) How we use your information
- Respond to requests and provide support.
- Deliver services, installs, configurations, or platform features you request.
- Operate core platform functionality (accounts, permissions, audit trails, automation runs).
- Process payments (where applicable) and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Maintain records for operations, billing, and accounting.
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
4) Calls, SMS, and email
If you provide a phone number or email, we may contact you for operational reasons such as confirming details, coordinating work, sending receipts, or providing service updates. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.
You can opt out of non-essential SMS by replying STOP. For emails, unsubscribe options may be present depending on the message type.
5) Automation and AI
Some features may generate drafts or recommendations using automation and/or AI (for example: email drafts, ad copy, captions, blog outlines, metadata, and analytics summaries). These outputs are intended to assist your workflow and may require review before use.
We process the information you provide (such as prompts, notes, and relevant context) to generate the requested outputs. We recommend avoiding sensitive personal information in free-form prompts unless it is necessary for your request.
6) Service providers
We use trusted vendors to operate the site and deliver services. These providers receive only the minimum information necessary to perform their role and are restricted from using it for unrelated purposes.
- Website hosting, storage, and databases
- Email and messaging providers (for confirmations/updates)
- Analytics and monitoring (to keep the system stable and secure)
- Payment processing (if applicable)
- Integrations you connect (CRM, ad platforms, social platforms, maps, etc.)
7) Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics, reliability, session handling, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
8) Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. If you request deletion and we have no ongoing legal or contractual need to keep your data, we will honor the request where legally permissible.
9) Your choices

10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access on a need-to-know basis.
11) Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and business users. If any community features allow uploads, submissions should be made by a parent/guardian where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.
